My husband I were very impressed with EGP Electric. They were very responsive to my phone calls, kept me informed of both the arrival time of their technician and the expected cost. Guillermo arrived punctually; was polite and professional and resolved our problem quickly. I couldn’t recommend EGP Electric highly enough. We were very satisfied with the service they provided and will definitely use them for any future needs!

We lost power to our Master bedroom and bathroom and a friend recommended EGP Electric. Eduardo and his assistant did not keep us waiting! They were friendly, fast, and very professional! They took care of the problem in no time! And, we were not overcharged! We will recommend EGP to our family and friends with confidence! Thank you so much, Eduardo!

I am new to the state/ area, recently relocated from NYS. I needed a surge protector installed on my electrical panel and started researching who i should call. I called EGP based on reviews. I spoke to a very nice lady and was informed Ed was finishing up at a job and could be at my house around 1, that day. I was shocked and so happy to have this addressed so quickly. Ed arrived and he was so nice, knowledgeable, informative, and went above and beyond. He came back the next day because i had a separate issue and he again was willing to check all possible causes and even solved the fuse issue with my air handler. I honestly can not say enough good about my experience dealing with this company/ individual. Thank you to everyone for posting reviews, without you i would not have found this company. If i could give a rating more than 5stars i would!!!! I highly recommend this individual and company

Due to recent rains, we had issue with an outdoor kitchen circuit breaker. After calling several electricians who either did not respond or gave crazy high estimates, I was fortunate enough to find Eduardo Gauna, the owner of EGP Electrical Services. His office manager Johanna Galvan was very helpful in scheduling a visit at a convenient time for me. Upon Eduardo's on time arrival, his expertise was immediately apparent. He explained the issue clearly and outlined the steps needed to fix it. Throughout the repair process, he demonstrated a clear understanding of electrical systems, ensuring everything was done safely and efficiently. Thanks to Eduardo's skill and attention to detail, my circuit breaker issue is now completely resolved. Additionally, the cost of the repair was reasonable. I highly recommend Eduardo Gauna and EGP Electrical Services for anyone needing electrical repairs or services. His professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I won't hesitate to call EGP again for any future electrical needs.

Eduardo and his team do an incredible job. We could not recommend them highly enough!! We had them do a full rewiring on an older home and support a kitchen remodel too. Although they had to wait for other work to get completed, they returned almost immediately to complete their steps, and we had several. Their work is impeccable, their communications efficient and service is second to none. If you need any electrical work done, look no further!! Thank you again Eduardo & Co!

My customers used EGP to replace an Electrical Panel in the home they were selling. They were eager to get it done quickly. Eduardo was prompt, responsive and a great communicator explaining the issues and what needed to be done. We had to wait for FPL to complete the process and EGP communicated along the way. When the day came to do the work, FPL came out and said that the Meter also needed to be changed out. EGP brought out two additional electricians in addition to Eduardo to get the work done timely so that the permit could be approved and the electricity turned back on the same day. Eduardo managed this all patiently and calmly and got the project done for my sellers. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

After Hurricanes Helene and Milton I had a major electrical issue. Power had been restored but I had none on my first floor. Eduardo was recommended to me by a friend. He responded immediately even though I know he was swamped with work, and I was not a prior customer. Within a day he was at my house looking at the job. He gave me a fair estimate and was on the job within a couple of days. It turned out to be much more complicated than expected do to some very bad mistakes that had been made over the years. Eduardo was precise, paid attention to detail, and kept me informed of everything. Very professional, very organized, and a great electrician. I’m so grateful to have found him. I highly recommend Eduardo at EGP Electrical. I’lll never use anyone else!

Great service! Ed and his assistant came to look at our job and figured out the best and most cost-effective approach to solving our electrical design problem. Then, he and his assistant stayed to do the job right then. The work was excellent and they left the room as clean as when they started. We recommend them highly.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The electricians were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and completed the work to a very high standard. The jobs were done neatly and safely and the pricing was fair with no surprises.
